1200 Series Tube Expanders
The 1200 Series tube expanders are used on heat exchangers with thick tube sheets. The expanders come in 4 standard reaches with either 1.1/2″ or 2.1/4″ length of roller. These tools cover from 1.1/2″ reach to 12.3/4″. Even if you are rolling with the 1.1/2″ or the 2.1/4″ rollers you can use the reach to step roll into thick tube sheets. Also, the length of reach allows passing through headers to get to the tube sheet.
