AF3 Series Tube Expanders
Uses:
The AF3 Series tube expanders, used on boilers and tubular pressure vessels where rolling and flaring of tubes is required.
Advantages of the AN Series Tube Expanders:
Rolls and flares in one operation. The AF3 Series tube expanders are for use where flaring of the tube ends are required. These are the ideal tool to use in a re-tube environment. The cage incorporates the rollers so the cage and rollers can be placed in the tube before the mandrel is inserted. This is ideal for limited space conditions. These tools are produced to very accurate tolerance’s. Therefore, it is essential they are kept lubricated with a lubricant especially designed for tube expanders; Lube-A-Tube.
Tube and Sheet Sizes:
- 7/8″-4.1/2″ OD.
- Tube Sheet Adjustable Range 1/2″-2.5/8″.
- 3/4″ and 1.0″Square mandrel drive .
