P-3000 Series Tube Expanders
Uses:
The P-3000 Series tube expanders are a tool that can roll tubes in thick tube sheets and drums by a process called step rolling. Also, when used with the P-1000 which finishes the joint with the flared end as in most drum applications.
Advantages of the AN Series Tube Expanders:
Adjustable reach from 1/2″ to 5.3/8″ on tube sheet reach.
Tube and Sheet Sizes:
- 1.1/4″-4.1/2″ OD.
- Tube Sheet Adjustable Range 1/2″-5.3/8″.
- 3/4″ and 1.0″ Square mandrel drive.
