Mag Drills made in Germany and powered by BDS Maschinen are one of the highest quality machines available today. The Magnetic Drill, or Core drill as its sometimes referred to, give the operator peace of mind with its exceedingly strong magnetic base which makes it an all positional machine.
Working with our American partner CS Unitec we can supply machines ideal for Twist drilling, Tapping, Reaming and Countersinking. This then makes them perfect when a tube sheet has been over rolled and the ligatures have distorted. Tube holes then have ovality and require reaming in situ. A magnetic core drill in the vertical position is ideal for the job.

Annular cutters we supply achieve burr free finished holes, without predrilling or step-drilling. Precision-ground flutes provide efficient chip clearance, increasing drilling productivity and decreasing cutter breakage.
