Tools
Beading Tool
The beading tool uses the hammer to bead tube projections back onto the tube sheet. This will transfer heat from the tube end back into the tube sheet. If burn back occurs on the tube end this can lead to tube failure.
Collapsing Tools
Used to collapse a tube end within the tube sheet. The tool is forced between the tube and the tube sheet and as the tool is forced in. the tube begins to collapse.
Knockout Tools
Used to knock out tubes and tube stubs. The tool end fits into the tube and forces the tube out of the sheet. These tools are available up to 4.0″OD.
