TEF Series - Tube End Facers
The TEF Series is the ideal tool for trimming heat exchanger and chiller tubes to a required projection. Available from 3/8″OD to 2.1/2″OD. Tool bits are available for Ferrous and non-ferrous metals. All tool bits can be resharpened or reshaped. Each size has a tube thickness range covered by a supplied range of pilot bushings which holds the tool central to the tube.
FB Series - Tube End Facers
High-speed production tool for facing tubes to a standard projection. Tool bits can be reversed to double the tool bit’s life.

The PTR-01 Rolling motor is the ideal tool for driving facer tools.
The PTR-01 is the smallest of our tube rolling drives. They are mainly used on tube expanders up to 1/2″OD. Fitted with a standard three-jaw jacobs style chuck, we can supply the correct mandrel drive to connect the expander or facing tool to the rolling motor.
