Uses:
When using the P-1000 series tube expanders they are often used in conjunction with the P-3000 for rolling thick tube sheets where the tube sheet can be up to 5.3/8″ thick.
Advantages of the P-1000 Series Tube Expanders:
A flaring expander that is ideal for use in limited-access areas, for example, water boxes and small mud and steam drums.
Tube and Sheet Sizes:
- 1.0″-4.1/2″ OD.
- Tube Sheet Adjustable Range 1/2″-2.3/4″.
- 3/4″ and 1.0″Square mandrel drive.
