AB Series Tube Expanders
Uses:
The AB Series tube expanders are for use where continuous use is required. These are the ideal tool to use in a production environment. The cage incorporates a thrust bearing which restricts the build up of heat generated by the torque produced in the tool by constant use. These tools are produced to very accurate tolerance’s. Therefore, it is essential they are kept lubricated with a lubricant especially designed for tube expanders.
Advantages of the AB Series Tube Expanders:
Less heat build-up from friction and continuous use. Therefore, less wear on the mandrel and rollers.
Tube and Sheet Sizes:
- 7/8″-4.1/2″ OD.
- Tube Sheet Adjustable Range 1/2″-2/5/8″.
- 3/4″ and 1.0″ Square mandrel drive.
