These tools are comparable to a reamer which when worked in the area of the tube where it is rolled will reduce its strength within the joint.
Once the wall is reduced, a collapsing tool is used by forcing the tool between the tube and the tube sheet.
These tools can be used with a large powerful rolling motor like the PTR-03 which is connected by Morse Taper to the tool.
