Tube Collapsing Tools: Uses:
Used to collapse tubes and drive out collapsed tubes from tube sheets with a pneumatic chipping hammer.
Recommended for use on 16 BWG and thinner wall thickness tubes.
Available with 01 and 06 shanks as the standard connection to pneumatic chipping hammer.
- Collapsing tools are available for metric tube sizes and larger collapsing tube sizes.
- Sizes available from 3/8″OD to 2.1/2″OD.
The collapsing tool can also be a quick and easy way to remove tube stubs from tube sheets. Also, used in conjunction with wall-reducing tools and knockout tools.
