Descriptions
Universal Joints – Female to Female are the most common and are used to create flexibility in reaching hard to get to areas.
Double Universal Joints – Allow more deflection.
Male x Male – Used in super heater headers.Extension Universal Joint – Integral design eliminates coupling an extension with a universal joint.Ideal for expanding tubes through water walls and headers.
Extension Couplings – Are available in plain or reducing type and are used to connect drive extensions, mandrels and universal joints.
Right Angled Worm Gear Drive – Used for operating in very confined areas of boiler headers, mud and steam drums.
Drive Extensions – Used with universal joints and parallel gear train drives for extending expander and mandrel reach through water legs, headers and drums.
Parallel Gear Train Drive – Used to reverse the drive onto an expander by 180 degrees. Available in 4 different drive sizes to fit all standard sizes.
